Shipping Policy

Due to the fact that we offer custom garment decorating, items will usually ship within 14 business days. We regret that we cannot ship to U.S. P.O. Boxes. Shipping will be done Monday- Friday. We ship only in the United States. We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Orders will be shipped via USPS. Contact us if you have any special delivery needs. Rush orders maybe possible with additional rush fees.

Shipping Method

All orders will be shipped via USPS Standard Delivery: 3-7 Business Days (do not count weekends). Contact us if you have any special delivery requests. Incorrect Shipping Address A $ 10.00 Fee will be assessed to each re- routed package. Incorrect address information may result in delay of receipt of package.

Please note that local pickup is available for customers in The Woodlands Texas area. No Shipping charges apply with items which are picked-up.

General Shipping

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We ship only to a Home Residence or Business. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Cut off for Christmas Delivery is December 5.

The custom nature of our products and our efforts to deliver quickly dictate that cancellation and returns are NOT permissible.
